At Muli Collection, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
